The clinic has a network of participating therapists throughout the greater Seattle area. The location of services provided will depend on the availability of therapists at the time you are interested in beginning.
To schedule an appointment, you will need to complete a patient information form. To request this form, please call 425-656-9627 and a form will be mailed to you.
